My husband and I used Rennievate to fully renovate our main bathroom, ensuite and separate toilet - and we couldn’t be happier! I had come up with the style and look that I wanted but needed a professional to achieve the result. We then engaged Ben to come and have a look. It was at that point that Ben also provided additional ideas and input which really impressed us as he clearly knew what he was doing. He was a professional and he genuinely cared about achieving my vision for the look, feel and character. The MOST important thing to us was choosing someone who was reliable but who also did quality work and was someone who could give us honest advice and direction on our choices and who could effectively communicate around what’s going on and when. Ben exceeded our needs on that front - especially when it came to helping out with ideas on shower screen choices, placement of vanities and mirrors. The trades (eg tilers, waterproofers) that Ben used had really high standards and were meticulous in their preparation even down to fine details like direction of tile placements, waste traps, towel rails, soaps dishes etc. One other impressive point is that Ben and his team take pride in cleaning up at the end of the day and leaving your place in a great condition. That’s something that we really didn’t think about ourselves but we appreciated the extra effort that they personally went to. The finished renovation was sensational and we are so happy! Everyone who visits us comments and is amazed at the quality and what’s been achieved. Next, we are going to be getting our laundry done by Rennievate. Ben is the ultimate professional. He has just completed the renovation of our main bathroom and we could not be happier. From quote to completion Ben has been extremely businesslike. He provided great advice on the layout. He co-ordinated his tradesmen with efficiency and kept us informed by phone and text. All the guys working for him are, in our opinion, the highest quality at their trades and they work in a very clean and tidy way. The greatest care was taken to protect our stairs and carpet. It was all left tidy at the end of each day. Everything came in on time and to the highest of standards, surpassing our expectations. As soon as Ben turned up to quote our job I knew he was the right man for the job. He was professional and had great vision. Ben and his team relocated our ensuite into the adjoining small formal dining room which required moving plumbing and walls, they then turned our ensuite into a walk through wardrobe into the new ensuite. They also redid our laundry, once again moving plumbing, All through this major renovation Ben kept me updated consistently on trades coming through, he would inspect the work of these trades and always left the site clean. I have no hesitation in recommending Ben and his team to new clients. I would be happy for any serious clients to inspect the work he did for us to show his eye for detail and his design ability. I will most definitely be having them come back to do our main bathroom when finances permit.
